The most important thing to know is that if it will be washed, it has to be ordered two or three sizes larger. Normally I wear medium, but I ordered a large to give the sweatsuit a little bit of wiggle room to shrink when I put it in the washing machine thinking it would be a perfect fit afterwards. Whenever I purchase clothing, I wash it first, and when I tried on this large sweatsuit before I washed it, it was very tight. That was my first red flag. As a result, it shrank all the way down to an extra small after being washed in COLD water to prevent it from shrinking too much. Imagine my HUGE disappointment! :o(Next, I put it in the dryer on the lowest heat and less drying time and I put in dryer sheets designed to prevent shrinkage. It was still a no go, because the final results were that it shrank down to an extra small. :o(Unfortunately, it does not even fit anymore, and I never had the chance to wear it even once outside. It was a surprise to me that the fabric was so inferior that it shrank two maybe three sizes.
