16 months loves a challenge!
My 16 month old loves this button set. They're not easy to turn or press, and this task really got him to focus on what the buttons do. The first day he could only turn on the buzzer button, after a week or two he was hitting all but the toggle buttons (which he's still comfortable with). Great toy - highly recommend! (with observation of course)
