I am giving this product one star because the company mislabeled the product. There are two main types of acrylic - cast and extruded. It's marked as cast, but it's extruded. If you want to make a body out of regular plexiglass this is what you want, but if you are working with plexiglass, drilling it or in my case milling it, you will need cast acrylic. Most cast acrylic is paper coated, while extruded acrylic comes with thin sheets of blue plastic to protect it from scratches. The difference is that extruded acrylic melts when you use a router, creating ugly beads, while cast acrylic cuts without melting. If you have a CNC machine - don't buy it. Luckily Revain has a great returns policy and although I ruined a sheet I received a full refund including postage.
