We have a fairly low income and I have many children. We found that we did not have a cloak for the elders. There was a program that offered to help some kids beg for new coats. But we knew that wouldn't happen until early December. We live in Michigan so we need something to keep us going until then. It was the cheapest coat that had great reviews. So we bought size 15 to 16. Actually our son is 13 and wears a size 12-14, he is usually quite lanky. We intentionally increased the size. And if so, how should it be one size bigger. There was only one color for sale, brown. I didn't like the color at all, but I knew my child desperately needed a coat. He likes the color so it's all good
