Review on Octa Core Processor 1920X1200 ThouchScreen Bluetooth by Frank Ridl

I ordered this tablet for my daughter. We opened it and at first everything was fine, but then the battery died and it wouldn't charge. We tried several chargers, adapters and sockets. The tablet showed that it was charging, but the battery percentage did not increase. In the end, the battery died completely and we were never able to charge it or turn it on, even when it was plugged in. I contacted the company about the warranty and to get a replacement. I have been told that the only way I can get a replacement is if I switch to Revain, leave a 5 star review, take a screenshot of my review and send it to Revain for proof. Totally unethical. Now I question the legitimacy of all the positive reviews on this product. This tablet was scrap and the company dubious. Purchase at your own risk.
