For health issues, nothing

It is a pretty bracelet / necklace but I received no health benefits whatsoever. I also bought one for myself and one for my ten-year old granddaughter for Christmas. I noticed later that others stated it breaks easily so I have written her a note telling her it may break easily and probably best to use only as a necklace.
