The product is good. The packaging was in bad condition.
Used with a thermal mask to treat dry eyes. Works well. Came in a torn package with a box inside, flattened and open at both ends. UPS shouldn't deliver it. Received a new one the next day. continue delivery. Inside the bag was a torn part of the box. The product is fine. Apparently it was supposed to be sent in a box, not a package. This may be the first time I have received damaged goods from Revain.
