Doesn't clip and can't use Camara with clip

The first time my phone was dropped with a new case the screen protector was torn in the top corner. Part of the clip does not hold the phone and the functions of the camera are blocked. Not practical at all. And for sucking a soft short drop. The screen protector should not be broken.
