All handles fall off

I really like these pots and pans but it has been less than six months and the handles keep falling off. The large pan screw is now completely disassembled and I'm getting rid of it little by little now as I can't go back. It's not as simple as just replacing a screw. Now I'll start looking around for new pots and pans again.
