Customer Service at RTIC leaves me disappointed

I was eager to test out RTIC's products as an outdoor enthusiast and see what all the fuss was about. I was disappointed, however, with the company's customer service. From RTIC's website, I ordered a cooler and a few other things, however the delivery had a number of missing goods. I called their customer service, but I received a sluggish and unsatisfactory response. I had to wait weeks to obtain the missing materials, and it required multiple emails and phone calls to settle the problem. In addition, I thought RTIC's products were oversold. Despite their claims to be the industry standard for outdoor gear, I discovered that their items did not differ materially from those of their rivals. The quality was at best okay, and I've discovered better items from other manufacturers. My overall impression of RTIC was disappointing. I don't want to do business with them again because of their delayed and useless customer support and the overrated quality of their goods.
