Valuetoner Remanufactured ink cartridge replacement for Hewlett Packard HP 96 and HP 97. I have yet to open/use black. I print a lot of graphics and this packaging is backwards for me; it should be bolder in color and lighter in the amount of black. Color - one worked great. The second has gaps - even after going through all three cleaning steps twice, as described in the enclosed instructions. See attached photos. The first image is the print result after the second cleaning cycle. The second picture shows the print quality of my first page that I tried to clean; The shirt should be solid color, not striped.
