the shoe storage is worth the purchase on it own.the roominess is more than i expected, and much more accommodating than any carry i've used before. well made, good access, nice looking. i've used only once, but will look forward to future travels with this bag.don't hesitate especially if you've struggled with manageable carry ons. but remember: the shoe section is worth its weight.
