PREVIOUS: Both my MacBook 13-inch M1 and my 2019 MacBook 16-inch (intel i9) do not work in extended mode with this docking station. Only the 13-inch MacBook was listed as "incompatible." Good grief.UPDATED: I was able to figure out which HDMI ports to use for extend mode for my Mac 16-inch and the correct USB-C connector (use the double prong). BUT, there's a persistent issue of one monitor continually blanking out for a few seconds. I can't figure out a fix for it, unfortunately.I will return this product and shell out a few extra dollars for a reliable docking station.
