I used this set of lights for under cabinet lighting and they worked great. The small screws were a little fiddly and really not good for self-tapping (a small mandrel to poke a hole in the wood which I use to fasten light fasteners did the trick. While this isn't a Hughes problem, if you plan to insert them in the down position, be aware that this is not the best gear. Even if you install them in a straight line, it's best to unwind the line and let it rest for a while, so you don't have them I plugged them into a switchable outlet but they also work with a remote setting The color is nice and well over 3k but not that nasty blue/white - they're still yellowish/warm what is, what i needed.
