I like the ability to customize. It allows me to use formulas to create my own custom report for specific users / departments. The platform is very robust and customizable. There are some tools/ features (e.g. creating a budget) that don't appear to be available yet. At this time, there is no way in the current version to have a user select one or more budget amounts and then have the system automatically generate a report based upon those selected budget amounts. Instead you must manually enter all the budget amounts and run the report at once. I haven't found any downsides so far. We're looking forward to using this as our new corporate reporting. It will enable us to provide better forecasts and reports to management.
