Looks like used. It wasn't a box, just a plastic bag sealed with glue. It was badly scratched and had a kind of film you could feel when you touched it. You can even see a live fingerprint, but I couldn't capture it on camera. I just opened it today to put it away and immediately felt that there was something to it. I don't usually give bad reviews, but I don't recommend it.
