Nothing! I hate this product! They make me click so many more times than my computer allows when it's downloading something. We try different ones but our computers/app don't allow them to download our files properly (like uploading from another application). You have been warned. Avoid if you value your time or privacy since they will keep calling after every 15 minutes for like 10 minutes before giving up until we log into our account online at about 11 pm and delete one more week later that day with no one there!! I like how it automatically updates when you do something in your accounting software (like add/delete items). Also really liked that if there is any difference between what they think should have been done vs actuals - this gives them some credit for their work! There was nothing i disliked about PIAF so far as its use or benefits were concerned but we've only just begun using our first month's worth data from February 2018 yet with no issues reported by users at all thusfar!!
