I looked at this model after deciding to spend $150 on one of the larger models at Harbor Freight. But after reading the reviews I thought "why not?" and gave it a try. It took about 2 minutes to unfold and assemble by snapping the fan onto the bottom stand. It has good cord wrap, good quality 3 speed switch. The result - I installed it on a hanger, set it to a minimum and blew cooler outside air into my workspace. Immediate solution. Someone called it loud, someone called it quiet. I've noticed that it's just as noisy as any other fan that moves a good amount of air. And this thing can move a decent amount of air when needed. For 1/3 the price of a larger 24" model on a stand it's worth considering, especially as the air below is typically cooler. It directs air easily at an angle. Set up and it's easy to move. All you need is a small extension cord, and this thing goes almost anywhere.
