Worst online shopping experience. We spent almost half a day assembling such a large and heavy frame, and then when we open the net, the net is much smaller than the frame. Why did they send us a 10ft frame but a 7ft net? It's too heavy and too heavy for a refund and even when I go back to the original order page it says 'currently unavailable', amazing and funny! I thought we had their last stock of 10ft frames but no net so they sent us a 7ft net. There are pictures, you can see how funny when we try to piece them together!
