Tubular construction with beautiful flowing lines. 1. Negative. The tail wasn't exactly aligned, but using a bar clamp managed to get the final screw in place for assembly. Secondly, in the open position (in my opinion) the gate is not rated for more than 10-20 pounds of loading. 3. Fastening material leaves a lot to be desired. I used black electrical wire ties to attach the basket to my Bayou 300 with metal tube frames. I found this basket very good and perfect for my ATV. The basket holds many things. Quiet too, I didn't hear a rumble of metal on metal above the engine. For me, the assembly and installation took about 2.5 hours. All my friends who saw it decided they needed it too. I am very satisfied and glad that I chose this basket. For design, construction and price, I recommend this product unreservedly. Also this supplier had a fast delivery in less than 2 weeks.
