Sometimes you just wish your loaf or coffee cake was a little more inviting. This is a great pan to get the job done. It is very strong and of even thickness. I add 10-15 minutes to some of my baked goods. What I do is sprinkle them with Pam (no baker because of the wheat). I tried Crisco - it didn't hit all the grooves in the pattern. Pam was *perfect*. After baking, I let it sit for 15 minutes and it tipped easily onto the garnish tray. My wife asked last night if we could make salmon rolls out of it. Why not?
