Overall will but again, just wish it wasn’t so expensive. It does a good job of staying matte/controlling oil. It is not very moisturizing. It is meant to double as a makeup primer so I imagine that when used with any cream or liquid it will be perfect. Be careful with only powder foundation unless you have an extreme oil situation with your face. I wore mine without makeup and was still impressed with it. There’s jurist a hint of sunscreen smell but absolutely no one will notice.
