Review on Performance Tool W1617 Capacity Garage by Anthony Mcgarry

I have had the W1617 3 ton jack for 20 years and Performance Tool/Wilmar still sells this jack. I have contacted Performance Tool and Summit Racing and neither of them can help with the gasket kit. There was a W1617CK kit but nobody seems to know anything about it. How can this exact model be sold today and there is no repair kit. It was a great jack but I can't find the right o-ring and it's leaking everywhere. I'm not sure I would buy another product from them now if you can't find parts
