Failed after a few months. Try another company.

It worked fine at first, now after a few months it's broken. Poor quality if the adapter doesn't even last a while. The laptop recognizes the connected device, but my monitor won't turn on/stay asleep. To verify that the problem was with the adapter, I removed the adapter and plugged the monitor directly into my work laptop's docking station. The monitor turns on immediately. The adapter has failed and the company does not have a technical support number or help option in the Amazon order history.
