I bought this product for myself and I really wanted to like it but it gave me a few small pimples on my forehead. I don't have sensitive skin at all and was very surprised to see the response to this product. However, I continued to use the cleaner and I liked it. As for the cream, I anxiously offered to give it to my mom (hoping she wouldn't be offended lol) and she took it. Since then she has received so many compliments on her skin! In my opinion, the difference is really noticeable. Definitely recommended for people with sensitive skin. I think in my personal experience it was just a one time use product that didn't work for me but worked wonders for my mom.
