Review on Excel DDK410 Black 1 85 Takasago by Scott Tompkins

rim was preserved but it looked like someone wiped the rim with a rough cloth before packing it. Everywhere round spots and some color stripes or the like at the edge. Even the label looked faded like it had been polished. I started installing spokes when I noticed that a couple of nipple holes were paint damaged. Either someone recently sent it back after being scratched or overtightened the spokes resulting in paint damage. I've been waiting for this for 2 weeks!?! I just want to ride
