I use these pans to roast chicken (thighs with skin and bones) and vegetables that I have marinated in olive oil and various spices Oven temp 400 degrees these pans eliminate the horrible smoke alarm that went off when I used a frying pan or glass casserole dish. I'm grateful I bought a pack of 30 because despite my friends telling me the pans are in the dishwasher , I prefer to crush and throw them away after use (I know, I know, lazy and wasteful, but that's just me).
