I bought this product to use on my Halloween costume and used it to do my stubble with brown makeup. The final product came out very well and I don't consider myself a very good stage makeup artist. I liked having three different textures to try out (I ended up using the largest porous sponge) but deducted a star because it feels a bit overpriced for what it is.
