Do not over tighten the screws, use construction glue for best results.

. 2 drawer filing cabinet and a 2 door cabinet with a bottom filing drawer, I'm happy with them so far. I think most of the complaints stem from poor construction techniques - I haven't had any issues other than pain in my hand from driving tons of screws into these devices. Here are my suggestions that explain/solve the discomfort: 1. Use a medium sized screwdriver, the largest of which fits the screw so as not to cut off the head.2. Make sure the screw goes DIRECTLY into the pre-drilled hole. Do not use force - just insert the screw into the hole, hold the screwdriver vertically and start turning with minimal effort. The screws are designed to be self-drilling and screw straight in to the last 1/8 inch or so with no effort. WARNING: If you do not insert the screw directly into the drawer slides, the drawer may catch on the protruding head of the screw and the drawer will "knock" when opening and/or closing, so take extra care to ensure the head fits well. after screwing parts or tightening cam locks. I used less than a tube of 'Loctite 0-Second Grip' caulking gun for all 3 units which is white and water based (so excess wipes away with a damp paper towel) and works within 15 minutes. Glue the table tops not (only ) or 2 cabinets at the ends of the table to 2 horizontal supports connected at the corner - otherwise you can't disassemble the table to move it to another place. If you use Loctite you may not need to use the cheap dowel glue that comes with it. Don't over-tighten the screws holding the sides of the drawer together - just tighten without undue force or you could crumble the (thinner) sides - and use Loctite !5. Do not overtighten the curved eccentric locks. Some cam locks may not fully fit the hole but will wrap around the post and tighten properly. Make them very neat and they will last. Over tightening can bend or break the cam lock - and PLEASE NOTE you will only receive the exact number of parts to build the unit, no additional screws. If you break any part, you need to wait 3-5 days for Bush.6 replacement. Do not overtighten the screws that attach the drawer fronts to the drawer. The openings on the front of the drawer are slightly enlarged to allow you to adjust the front. Tighten the screws slightly, install the drawer, then align the drawers top to bottom and left to right and tighten. You can also place a spacer between the front and front of the drawer if needed. In one box I added a small piece of cardboard from a cereal box to get perfect top and bottom alignment. If you're placing them on a hardwood floor: I've replaced the included small guides with Shepherd 3/4" guides and ACE anti-slip pads to keep the blocks from moving on impact. In the end you get a very good product, very durable and functional. When assembling, position each part on the floor exactly according to the instructions and you will not have to do any rework. Husband about an hour to assemble it", LMAO ;-)
