It's only been installed a few days and so far so good. It's very compact and I finally found a place to put it in my very busy dashboard. What I like best about it is that when you connect the "main" battery to the power supply to the ignition, both voltmeters turn off along with the ignition. It's very bright. Too bright for night driving, so I installed it where the steering wheel doesn't shine directly in my eyes at night. It's bright enough to see in full daylight. So if I had to choose, I would choose too light and not too dark. The rear contact tabs are close together, but even the contacts with adhesive shrink tabs (discarded the ones that came with them) had enough room to attach them touch-free. Overall I'll give 5 stars if it lasts. Some people say it turns off by 0.2 volts, but that depends on the size and length of wire used. voltage drop in humans. This accuracy is enough for what I need. I didn't even bother to check the accuracy. It works. Buy it.
