Pros: Both bluetooth and mic sound great Warm sound signature with the perfect amount of bass (I prefer this over flat sound signature cans) Cons: Price - DO NOT pay full price these, wait until they go on sale. The built-in Bluetooth microphone only works in Bluetooth mode. The cups do not fold in to hang around the neck. Intermittent static tone when using for phone calls in Bluetooth mode. Static problem in Bluetooth mode when making calls. I'm not sure if this is just a bad set I received as I didn't see any mention of static issues in the few reviews I looked at before purchasing. I use it for work and take a lot of calls, so reviewers may not have noticed this in limited real phone call testing. Some calls sound good, others crackle. Although in wired mode there are no problems. I would have liked the earcups to fold in, but I knew before I bought them that they didn't.
