I like how it is easy for customers to communicate through messaging platform and call center agents could easily resolve issues related to my business services. The cost seems high compared to competitors but it's understandable considering the features offered are premium ones. It would be great if there is an option to have live chat feature to allow us to interact with potential clients even when we're not available online. We can get instant feedback about our product or service from the client which helps reduce our risk of losing any future leads. Our business has increased significantly since implementing this software.
