This is my third mop I'm buying. The first worked for 4 years, then the twist broke. The second one turned out to be somewhat flimsy, the plastic broke. And the third one has been working well for several months now. I buy rags separately. I use it only for the floor, but you can wash the walls and plumbing. The good thing is that no tool is needed. Filled with water and cleanliness
