You should not attach a clip, just throw the phone on the floor. That's all, same effect. A phone case is fine would be great except it's barely too big to fit standard screen protectors on top. The case constantly presses on the protective film and forms bubbles at the bottom. The top of the screen protector fits snugly against the case so I can't pick it up. Just spend a little more money and get the best case and belt clip.
