Excellent: For 4 USB 3.0 and 2.0 drives, it did its job perfectly. I have a couple of hubs and for some reason they can't run external USB drives. So I was looking for something that works. I've read the specs of many hubs on Revain and E-Bay and MANY of them had something in the "fine print" about "doesn't work with WD Passport drives or ABC drives or xyz drives". I did not understand it. After much web research, the bottom line is the quality and design of the hub etc. Several people have recommended trying this Belkin 4-port powered hub. I took it out of the box and plugged it into an outlet. Adapters and 4x WD/Seagate USB drives and all worked 100% with USB 3.0. I then tested some old WD USB 2.0 drives and they all work very well together. I am ordering another one of these so I have 6 USB 3.0 and 2.0 drives, both AC powered and USB powered, all work fine. together on my Alienware 18x Win-8 Pro machine.
