My mother is 90 years old, bedridden and has end stage dementia. I used to buy an inflatable sink but after a while it either got scared or the water temperature was hard to tell (too hot/too cold), nothing suitable. I found this product and was very happy to have something available to clean my mom's hair. It does an excellent job of removing plaque and leaving it clean. The 4 stars vs 5 is due to the slightly sticky feeling left after drying. I let my mother's hair air dry and when I blow dried her hair a comb was able to remove the residue. Unfortunately, mom doesn't always like the hair dryer. If I can blow dry her hair and she removes the residue I will update my review. I would highly recommend, especially to another caregiver.
