The battery life of the watch is excellent, as an amateur runner currently runs 40km a week this watch can easily go for weeks without a charge. The only time I charge it is when it's around 20 percent and that usually happens after 3 weeks or more. The watch is very intuitive to use and the customer support is very fast. Same business day email turnaround time for me is one hour, sometimes less. I think it's an added bonus that communication with the support team is very friendly and helpful. They are also constantly updating the firmware and adding new features. I used to have a Garmin watch and I have to say I'm more than happy with this update!
