I bought two sets. Installation was so easy. After installing the 1st kit, which took about 35 minutes, it was easier for me to pre-assemble the 2nd unit on the table, except for the valve. I applied teflon tape to the exhaust pipe and 2 female connectors and then screwed to the exhaust pipe. I straightened the lever and screwed the counterbalance assembly to the valve, then adjusted the angle of the arm and showerhead to my liking. Assembling the 2nd head only took about 15 minutes, plus I didn't try to assemble everything above. 2 Cautions: 1. Use plenty of Teflon tape to prevent leaks at threaded connections.2. Handle the parts carefully so that the rubber seals do not fall out of their connections. Great product and new shower experience at an affordable price. .
