Review on Vegan Fluffy Lash Mascara By Pacifica - Black, 0.24 Oz - Women'S Mascara For Collagen-Boosted Volume by Barry Taylor

I am slowly trying to make shifts to non-toxic makeup and mascara has been my hardest shift. I love Pacifica as a whole, have used makeup from them before, and love their haircare, but their mascara has been disappointing. The formula dries slower than another formula I have, but it felt like no matter how many coats I applied, nothing happened. The formulation seems like nothing amazing. I tried layering with other Pacifica formulas but nothing great happened. Neither volume, nor length, was there. So, I don't think this works for my needs.
