It is an easy way of creating templates that can be used by others in your team without having to spend hours learning how it works. The interface isn't as intuitive or user friendly as some other programs out there. I would recommend using this program if you are looking for something simple to use but still powerful enough to do complex tasks. We have been able to create multiple template files so we don't need to send back-and-forth emails asking people what they want. This has really helped us streamline our work flow.
