For starters if you buy this make sure you get the one with the rubber part, that increases security from the phone falling out. In fact my phone fell off this thing at least 3 times because sometimes I forget to put the rubber piece on but I think it's because my case isn't the strongest in the world and it slips out of the clip. Also this thing is a beast, all metal and solid, I knocked my bike over a couple of times and it got hit and the phone holder was fine with just a few scratches. Thanks to the rubber mount, your phone is as secure as possible, it won't fall out. Without a rubber piece, some phone cases can result in your phone just falling out as the clamp arms aren't that high at all. All in all a great product, don't buy plastic that breaks in the same place as all other plastic, get this one.
