This little known little device saved my ankle skin. I use my grater almost every day, constantly scraping my skin to use up the cheese, veggies, or whatever I was grating. I can now hold the product very securely (this provides a strong hold) and use it to the last 1/4 inch or less with full injury protection. This is a solid and reliable device, it doesn't rust and is easy to store (I hang it right on the grater). I bought knife gloves at the same time and I love it so much I have never tried knife gloves.
