I love having access right from my smartphone or tablet, anytime! The ability to have such easy-of use tools at your fingertips is great for staff members as well! There's really not an issue that we dislike about this tool so far but if there were an improvement would be faster response time after requests are submitted (usually within 1 hour). We've made some improvements by creating different teams with specific roles/responsibilities like our support team who handles technical issues which can help them get better quicker when compared to waiting days sometimes before getting answers through email. It also has helped us track more effectively what exactly each member of staff doing everyday because it has created reports where you could see all information regarding orders, food served etc - even down till cash register was scanned into system. I love that it is very easy for our guests to check-in, pay their bill, or redeem rewards with just one tap of an app! The customer service has been amazing as well - always willing to help us out if we have any questions about using the platform. We are able to easily track guest activity through the system and see who's spending time at each location.
