I bought them in 2018 and now in 2021. I've used these crampons on many long winter hikes in the Adirondack High Peak, Vermont's Green Mountains, and many mountain trails in between. They did a great job and never let me down. The only negatives I can think of are that the buckles are difficult to undo when iced up and the thin neoprene material that is supposed to keep sticky snow from sticking to the ground fell off and is now gone. (can be replaced but I didn't bother). If you're looking for a traction system for some serious winter hiking that involves icy slopes and skirmishes, I'd highly recommend these.
