The quality of the belt is good. Why not 5 stars? Well, it's probably personal preference, but "they" said you should order your waist size. I have made. And while it fits, it's a bit smaller than I expected. Not that I would gain 5 or 10 pounds, but if I did the belt wouldn't have enough holes to fit. Next time I will order a size larger. They can also be adjusted (with a little effort) as needed.
