great product suitable for analytical instruments

Accurate for reading pH and ORP but if you want to read negative ORP to ionize water you need to buy or get a very strong acid, stronger than vinegar. After being put in a strong acid for a day, it will show a negative ORP. Customer service is excellent, easy to contact and will help you with all your questions.
