Problems installing
First of all there is no manual so you have to find it on youtube. It shouldn't be that hard. Then I saw on the video that a special AC control removal tool was included. No, I didn't understand that either. I tried to find a similar tool at my store that doesn't scratch the dashboard. Bottom line, the holder isn't installed yet until I find a suitable tool. Not as advertised as a simple 3 minute install.
