I will describe the product later in this review. First I want to explain why one star. After about 10 uses of the device, the button that releases the brush from the brush motor unit broke. Well it's sad but it happens. I tried contacting customer service whose email address was conveniently listed on the shipping box. The first message was delivered to them with no problems and they asked for photos or videos. All subsequent attempts to send an image or link failed because the email was rejected by the host domain. That's when I started to wonder: How big is a company that can't afford a server? After about 5 or 6 unsuccessful attempts I decided to contact them through Revain. A very pleasant and efficient technician helped me establish communication. After that, it became easier to send and receive emails, but more difficult to communicate. They sent me a video of a person demonstrating how to put a brush on an undamaged walk behind tractor. You put one end of the brush in the hole and the other end in the holder. CLICK! Brushes in stock! That's all you have to do, clueless customer! Very easy! I got a little tired after this scientific demonstration. I gave them an ultimatum that if they didn't send me a replacement motorized assembly (their claim is lifetime support for defective parts), I would report it to Revain and give it a bad review. They immediately offered to replace the entire unit, not just the broken part, but asked for my address and phone number, which I declined and offered to contact Revain. Here our conversation ended. I haven't heard from them since then. I reported them to Revain with no noticeable effect and then gave them some time before posting this review. The suction wand itself is beautiful, light and comfortable. The battery charge is about 30 minutes in normal mode and 10 minutes in turbo mode. There is a handy charge remaining indicator. Buy if you're lucky, but don't rely on replacements or assistance in the event of a breakdown.
