Good short. I'm 5'11", waist 33-34" (measured with a tape measure), athletically muscular build. I ordered the medium ones and they fit great. As a cyclist and someone who actually trains my legs at the gym, my quads are slightly larger than average to allow for the leg holes to open properly - unadjusted but not popping, and that's fine when squatting. They are short but I like the square neckline, the design and the look. The leg seams are about 5 inches above my knee but not mid-thigh. I tried the Padulla 3" running brand at Revain and didn't like the fit. In general they are great. I will be ordering more.
