Hmm... that belt isn't the right one.
It is ok if the strap is fully sewn. It looks like the sewing machine skipped stitching the strap entirely? After a few days or weeks, the belt will come loose. The band also looks like cheap plastic. The actual case appears to protect solid. The strap is a problem. I will definitely add another strap to the case.
